How do I arrive at the office?

  • Leave the train station of Atocha through the exit to C/ Méndez Álvaro.

  • Cross the road and walk up C/ Méndez Álvaro until number 8 where you will find the Leasys Mobility Store on the left hand side.

How do I get from the office to the collection/return car park?

  • Leave the office and walk to the right along C/ Méndez Álvaro.

  • Take the first turning on the right and continue along C/ Tortosa.

  • Further along, head left along the Paseo de las Delicias.

  • At the first junction, cross and continue walking down the Paseo de las Delicias.

  • Turn right when you arrive at C/ Pedro de Unanue and continue until number 11 where you will find the ramp down underground parking of the Leasys Mobility Store which is clearly signwritten.

PLEASE RETURN THE CAR FROM 8 A.M TO 8 P.M. DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK SITUATED IN C/ PEDRO UNANUE 11.

Cómo encontrar Leasys en el aeropuerto de Barcelona:

Terminal 1: A su llegada a la terminal 1, por favor diríjase a La Plaza (Planta 1), camine en dirección al parking G y al final tomé la escalera. En este punto le estará esperando nuestro autobús de cortesía con el logo de Leasys. Si el bus no estuviera ahí en ese momento, no se preocupe, llegará de vuelta otro bus en pocos minutos.

 

Terminal 2A y B: Salga de la terminal 2 y sin cruzar la calle camine en dirección a su derecha, pase la zona de taxis y a continuación encontrará la zona de autobuses de cortesía. En este punto le estará esperando nuestro autobús de cortesía blanco y rojo con el logo de Leasys. Si el bus no estuviera ahí en ese momento, no se preocupe, llegará de vuelta otro bus en pocos minutos.

Terminal 2C: Salga del edificio, camine hacia su izquierda hasta encontrar un paso elevado. Pase por debajo del paso elevado manteniéndose a su izquierda y a pocos metros encontrará la zona de autobuses de cortesía. En este punto le estará esperando nuestro autobús de cortesía blanco y rojo con el logo de Leasys. Si el bus no estuviera ahí en ese momento, no se preocupe, llegará de vuelta otro bus en pocos minutos.

Cómo llegar a nuestras oficinas de Barcelona en transporte público:

La manera más sencilla de llegar es mediante el Metro, con la línea L9S. La parada correspondiente es Mas Blau. Nuestras oficinas están a tan sólo 850m (10 min caminando).

Cómo llegar a nuestras oficinas de Barcelona en vehículo privado

Desde la ciudad de Barcelona, diríjase por la C-31 dirección Gavà / Castelldefels, tome la salida 190 hacia Viladecans / Aeroport de Cargoparc. En la rotonda, tome la tercera salida en dirección Carrer del Garraf, gire ligeramente a la derecha para continuar 90 m por Carrer del Garraf. Gire ligeramente a la derecha por Av. les Garrigues y en 270 m, encontrará nuestras instalaciones.

Desde Gavà / Castelldefels, diríjase por la C-31 dirección Barcelona, tome la salida hacia Viladecans / Les Filipines, en 180 m tome la segunda salida, continúe durante 1,5 km y tome la salida en dirección Av. de l’Aeroport. 800 m después, en la rotonda, tome la segunda salida en dirección B-204. A 300 m, tome la primera salida en dirección Carrer del Garraf, gire ligeramente a la derecha para continuar 90 m por Carrer del Garraf. Gire ligeramente a la derecha por Av. les Garrigues y en 270 m, encontrará nuestras instalaciones.

How to find Leasys at Barcelona Airport

Terminal 1: When you arrive at terminal 1, make your way to the plaza (La PLaza) on the first floor (planta 1). Walk towards the parking G, passing the tobacco shop and walking all the way to the end.  Make your way down to the lower level which is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Leasys logo.  If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently.

Terminal 2A & B: Exit from terminal 2 and, without crossing the road, walk to the right, passing the taxi area, after which you will find the area of courtesy buses which is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Leasys logo.  If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently.

Terminal 2C: Leave the building and walk left until you see an overpass.  Walk underneath the overpass, maintaining your position on the left and within a few meters you will find the area where the courtesy buses collect their customers. This is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Leasys logo.  If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently.

How to arrive at our offices in Barcelona (near the airport) on public transport.

The easiest way to arrive at the office is by taking the Metro on the line L9S.  The tram stop that corresponds is Mas Blau.  Our offices are just 850m (10 mins walking).

How to find the Leasys Mobility Store at Bilbao airport

On your arrival at Bilbao airport, please proceed to level number 3 (departures), exit the terminal building and you will find the shuttle bus, which will be clearly identified with our logo. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon. Our uniformed driver will take you the short journey of approximately 5 minutes to the Leasys Mobility Store office to collect your car.

How to arrive at the Leasys Mobility Store in Bilbao by car

– From Vitoria take the N-662. Follow N-662 and AP-68 until Miraflores Etorbidea/N-634 in Bilbao.

Continue on the N-634. Take BI-631. Take exit 12 (airport), Join the N-663 from the BI-631. Continue on the N-663 towards the airport. In the airport area, access the Arrivals area to change the direction.

Leave the Airport on the N-633 direction BI-631 and take the DERIO / LOIU exit. Take the second exit of the roundabout direction DERIO.

At the next roundabout, exit at the THIRD exit in the direction of the industrial zone.

 

– From San Sebastián take AP-8 towards Txorierri Etorbidea / BI-737. Take exit 10 from BI-631.

Use the left lane to join GI-20, Continue straight on GI-20, Merge onto AP-8, Keep left to stay on AP-8, Use the 2 right lanes to take exit 103 toward N-637 at Direction Airport / Bilbao Erdia / Barakaldo / Getxo, Continue on N-637, Take exit 18 towards BI-631, direction Aireportua / Mungia, Continue on BI-631.

Take exit 12 (Airport). Access the N-633 from the Bi-631. Continue on the N-633 direction Airport.

In the airport area, access the Arrivals area to change the direction. Leave the Airport on the N-633 direction BI-631 and take the DERIO / LOIU exit. Take the second exit of the roundabout direction DERIO.

At the next roundabout, exit at the THIRD exit in the direction of the industrial zone.

En Bilbao

Upon arrival you will need to show your passport, a valid driving licence and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) all in the name of the main driver.

 

Please note that a credit card will not be required if you have purchased our Ultimate package or our S.C.D.W. cover. This only applies to cover purchased on drivalia.es at the time of booking or at our rental desk.

 

We will also need to see the driving licence of any additional driver(s) although they do not need to be present.

 

The above are generally all that is required although in some cases we may need to see additional documentation such as your flight confirmations.

After you have cleared passport control and collected your bags, make your way to the 3rd floor (Departures). When you exit the building our clearly identifiable shuttle bus with uniformed driver will collect you from outside the building to take you the short 5 minute journey to our offices where our friendly team will be waiting to serve you.

The busses run continually throughout the day so if there is no bus on arrival please wait a few minutes and we will be with you. It's really important that you provide your flight number when you book your car so that we can monitor your flight and know that you have landed. Providing this information helps us to make your whole experience of car hire at Bilbao airport with Leasys a smooth and enjoyable one!

Return Instructions

At the end of your rental, simply return the car to our offices and we will check you in quickly. You will then be promptly transported back to the departures area of Bilbao airport in our shuttle bus.

How to find the Drivalia Mobility Store at Alicante airport

On arrival at the Airport Terminal, please proceed to the main bus stop area situated inmediatley outside the building doors on floor -2 (minus 2). Our shuttle bus properly identified will be in bus stop numbers 1 to 3 and will promptly take you to our premises situated a few hundred metres away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

How to arrive at the Drivalia Mobility Store at Alicante Airport by car

– From the South (Santa Pola, Torrejvieja etc), head towards Alicante on the N-332 and take the exit to the N-338, signposted “Aeropuerto”.

 

– From the North of Alicante (Alcoy) take the A-7 from the N-340 and follow this road until the N-338 where you need to take the exit towards the airport.

 

– From the North East (Benidorm, Villajoyosa etc) take the AP-7 and A-70 until the N-338. Take exit 22 from the A-70 and follow the N-338 to the airport.

 

– From the North West (Elda, Villena) drive on the A-31 and the N-338. Take exit 22 from the E-15/A-70 and follow the N-338 to the airport.

 

– When you arrive at the airport you will enter from a large roundabout. As you enter and the road straightens you will see several lanes. Carefully move over to the right hand lane and stay to the right lane (with the overhead sign “T Carga”).

 

At the end turn right and you will pass the old terminal 2 on your left. You will come to a small roundabout, turn right. Then continue around 100m to the stop sign. At the stop sign you turn right although it feels more like you are just following the road.

 

After a few metres you will see a small sign to the left “Torrellano”. Turn left here and you will find the Drivalia Mobility Store a few hundred metres along this road on the right hand side.

Upon arrival you will need to show your passport, a valid driving licence and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) all in the name of the main driver.

 

Please note that a credit card will not be required if you have purchased our Ultimate package or our S.C.D.W. cover. This only applies to cover purchased on drivalia.es at the time of booking or at our rental desk.

 

We will also need to see the driving licence of any additional driver(s) although they do not need to be present.

 

The above are generally all that is required although in some cases we may need to see additional documentation such as your flight confirmations.

How does Drivalia Car Hire at Alicante airport work?

It's no secret that airport car hire is known for the endless queues and waiting and for many can be a stressful experience. With Drivalia it ́s different. Our modern, purpose - built facilities are located slightly away from the main terminal building and we provide fast, free and convenient shuttle busses to bring you away from the airport crowds the short 3 - minute drive to our location where our friendly team will be waiting to serve you. We have up to four busses running continually at peak times and so you will never be waiting long until you are at our offices.

Collection Instructions

From the arrivals hall, make your way down in the lifts or escalators to level minus two (-2) which is the transfer bus station.

You must go down to level minus two (Don´t get confused and go to the public bus station which is on another level). Make your way to the bus stops one to five (1 – 5) which is our meeting point. Our shuttle bus which is clearly identified by the logo and uniformed driver will collect you and bring you the very short journey to our car rental centre.

The busses run continually throughout the day so if there is no bus on arrival, please wait a few minutes and we will be with you. It's really important that you provide your flight number when you book your car so that we can monitor your flight and know that you have landed. Providing this information helps us to make your whole experience of car hire at Alicante with Drivalia a smooth and enjoyable one!

Return Instructions

At the end of your holiday you simply return your car to our Alicante airport car hire centre and our friendly team will quickly check you in and our shuttle bus service will transport you and your family back to the airport meeting point. From the bus stop you simply need to enter the main terminal and take the lift to level two which is the departures floor.
