How to find Drivalia at Alicante airport
On arrival at the Airport Terminal, please proceed to the main bus stop area situated inmediatley outside the building doors on floor -2 (minus 2). Our shuttle bus properly identified will be in bus stop numbers 1 to 3 and will promptly take you to our premises situated a few hundred metres away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.
How to arrive to Drivalia Mobility Store Alicante by car
– From the South (Santa Pola, Torrejvieja etc), head towards Alicante on the N-332 and take the exit to the N-338, signposted “Aeropuerto”.
– From the North of Alicante (Alcoy) take the A-7 from the N-340 and follow this road until the N-338 where you need to take the exit towards the airport.
– From the North East (Benidorm, Villajoyosa etc) take the AP-7 and A-70 until the N-338. Take exit 22 from the A-70 and follow the N-338 to the airport.
– From the North West (Elda, Villena) drive on the A-31 and the N-338. Take exit 22 from the E-15/A-70 and follow the N-338 to the airport.
– When you arrive at the airport you will enter from a large roundabout. As you enter and the road straightens you will see several lanes. Carefully move over to the right hand lane and stay to the right lane (with the overhead sign “T Carga”).
At the end turn right and you will pass the old terminal 2 on your left. You will come to a small rounsabout, turn right. Then continue around 100m to the stop sign. At the stop sign you turn right although it feels more like you are just following the road.
After a few metres you will see a small sign to the left “Torrellano”. Turn left here and you will find the Drivalia Mobility Store office a few hundred metres along this road on the right hand side.
Frequently asked questions about car hire
Alicante
Upon arrival you will need to show your passport, a valid driving licence and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) all in the name of the main driver.
Please note that a credit card will not be required if you have purchased our Ultimate package or our S.C.D.W. cover. This only applies to cover purchased on drivalia.es at the time of booking or at our rental desk.
We will also need to see the driving licence of any additional driver(s) although they do not need to be present.
The above are generally all that is required although in some cases we may need to see additional documentation such as your flight confirmations.

Arrivals at Alicante Airport
All flight arrivals at Alicante come into the new terminal at Alicante airport, which is very easy to navigate. After disembarking the plane and clearing passport control you will make your way to the baggage reclaim area. After collecting your luggage, you will pass through to the arrivals hall where there is a restaurant if you need to eat and also a pharmacy should you need it.
If you have booked with Leasys-Drivalia you then simply need to make your way down in the lift to level minus two (-2) which is the shuttle bus station and the Drivalia bus will collect you from bus stops one to five to bring you the very short journey to our offices. Departures from Alicante Airport
At the end of your holiday, if you have hired a car from Leasys, once you have returned the car to our facilities you will be promptly taken back to the bus station at Alicante airport in our courtesy shuttle bus. From the bus station in level minus two (-2) you simply need to take the lift to level two which is the check-in area.
After checking in your luggage, pass through the security checks and you will enter the departures lounge where you will find an array of shops and bars. Make sure that you check the screens regularly for information as to which boarding gate you need because announcements are not made over the loud speaker system for all flights.
