What are the office opening hours?

The opening hours may vary from one Mobility Store to another. So please check the website of the office for the opening hours.

However, for an additional fee of 40€, we do accept reservations after our closing time.

You are welcome to return before opening hours to another location (very close to our offices and easy to find).

There is a small charge for out of hours returns and you can find out about this by emailing our customer services team (customer@drivalia.es).

For clients reserving a package based on our Full to Full fuel policy and choosing to return out of hours there will be a small deposit required for the fuel of 100 euros to enable us to charge for any missing fuel when the car is returned.  This will be blocked against a credit card and if the car is returned full the deposit will be released automatically.

It is very important, especially for out of hours collections, that you provide your flight number when you book.  This means that we can monitor your flight and collect you from the terminal.  Likewise, if you need to return before 8am you should advise us when you collect the car so that we can explain the procedure.
