Here you will find an explanation of the collection location and how to find us at each of our locations.

Alicante Airport
On arrival at the Airport Terminal, please proceed to the main bus stop area situated immediately outside the building doors on floor -2 (minus 2). Our shuttle bus properly identified will be in bus stop numbers 1 to 3 and will promptly take you to our premises situated a few hundred metres away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

Palma de Mallorca Airport
On arrival at the Palma de Mallorca Airport terminal building and as soon as you leave the baggage collection area, exit into the Arrivals Hall. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the second (2nd) floor. Once you are on the second floor, exit the terminal building and turn right. Walk along the pavement, following the direction of the traffic, and cross the first pedestrian crossing which is between the gangway to the car park and the end of the terminal building. Our complimentary shuttle bus will meet you near the other side of that crossing and will promptly take you to our premises situated less than 2 miles away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

Valencia Airport
When you enter the arrivals hall after baggage reclaim, stay in the building, walk to the left & continue until the very end of the building. Leave the building through the last door (just next to the underground access). Once outside the building turn left again, continue walking below the pergola, following the signs to P4 & Meeting Point. You will soon also see signs for P6 which is our pickup point. Our courtesy shuttle bus will meet you to take you the short trip of less than 2km to our office. If the bus is not there on your arrival don´t worry, our buses run every few minutes.

Murcia Airport
At your arrival at Murcia airport please exit the airport terminal, walk across the crosswalk and at your left-hand side you will find our shuttle bus, which is clearly identified with our logo, will either be waiting for your or collect you within the next minutes. Our uniformed driver will take you the short journey of approximately 3 minutes to the Drivalia office to collect your car. If the bus is not there on your arrival don´t worry, our buses run every few minutes.

Bilbao Airport
On your arrival at Bilbao airport, please proceed to level number 3 (departures), exit the terminal building and you will find our shuttle bus, which will be clearly identified with our logo. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon. Our uniformed driver will take you the short journey of approximately 5 minutes to the Drivalia office to collect your car.

Santiago de Compostela Airport
From the arrival’s hall, take the lift down to the parking level -3 (minus 3). When you arrive at the parking you will see the Meeting Point signs. Our complimentary shuttle bus, which is clearly identifiable with our logo and our uniformed driver, will meet you here to take you the short journey to the office. The buses run every few minutes throughout the day.

Girona Airport
At your arrival at Girona airport, please exit the airport terminal, walk across the crosswalk, turn to your left and continue along the pavement bordering the main car park building towards the main roundabout placed at the airport entrance. You will see our premises just a few meters on the other side of the roundabout. In total less than 350 meters.
